The Vision
The Ellis Collective exists to signal a lifelong commitment to scholarship and storytelling across the classroom, manuscripts, and media. Rooted in education and cultural inquiry, the Collective advances academic enrichment, writing and publication, and narrative media as interconnected forms of intellectual labor.
Taylor Dawn Ellis is an educator, higher education administrator, and storyteller with over 10 years of experience across secondary education program management, higher education, and corporate university relations. A SUNY alumna and CUNY graduate with an M.S. Ed in Literacy Education, Taylor is a Bronx resident committed to building educational pathways that honor rigor and representation. Through The Ellis Collective, she brings a scholar-practitioner lens to college preparation, academic writing, and narrative work across classrooms, manuscripts, and media.
